We have designed our approach to not-for-profit engagements in a manner that maximizes the value and minimizes the cost to the organization.  We achieve this by using a “top-down” approach that first and foremost emphasizes the needs of the entity’s governing body in fulfilling its fiduciary responsibilities to its members, constituents, employees, donors and the general public.  Once we have clearly identified the needs of the governing body, we design our procedures, focus and scope down through the organization to ensure that we are always providing services that are critical to the long-term needs of the organization and which are in harmony with the its mission and purpose.  This process is non-traditional in nature, but highly effective in adding true value to the organization.
